not sure how many people view the forums these days, but for those who play cod4:

list of the patches for COD4 except that it does not include patch 1.6 which is the latest.
This is mainly for those having trouble finding the patches or wondering which is latest.
Sorry this doesnt include specific links but they are easy to find.
For those who want to post the links please feel free. This is just as the title says: a quick list.
